Carla is a very friendly lady who taught me a lot about nutrition. Because of her I have completely changed my diet and I have been staying at a healthy weight for 3 years now. I feel so much better in my body which has made me happier. Carla stimulates you by giving very good tips and she looks and listens carefully to what suits me. Not only nutrition but also exercise is something that Carla takes into account in her advice. I also did a hula hooping trial lesson with Carla. Super fun and wonderful to do outside.
