Carla is a very friendly lady who taught me a lot about nutrition. Because of her I have completely changed my diet and I have been at a healthy weight for 3 years already. I feel so much better in my body that makes me happier. Carla encourages you by giving very good tips and she looks and listens carefully to what suits me. Not only nutrition but also exercise is something that Carla takes well into account in her advice. I also did a trial lesson with Hula at Carla. Super fun and wonderful to do outside.
