Carla is a very friendly lady who taught me a lot about nutrition. Thanks to her, I have completely changed my diet and have maintained a healthy weight for 3 years now. I feel so much better in my body, which has made me happier. Carla encourages you by giving you very good tips and she looks and listens carefully to what suits me. Not only nutrition but also exercise is something that Carla takes into account in her advice. I also took a trial lesson in hula hooping with Carla. Super fun and wonderful to do outside.
